4. Build relationships and support others. We can’t do everything ourselves - help and be helped. Think up ideas and have fun with them. Test what works and what doesn’t.
5. Blowing up can take time. Enjoy the journey and learn. We sometimes suffer from uniformed optimism (excitement) and then get into a rhythm of informed pessimism (thinking we are failing). Like a heartbeat, we have ups and downs. Celebrate your wins and learn to ride your downs until you win again. It’s a journey, not a destination.
